Patient Access On-Line Appointment Booking System

Patient Access and the NHS App allows patients to book appointments and order repeat prescriptions online.  With Patient Access/NHS App, you can now access your local GP services at home, work or on the move — wherever you can connect to the internet. You will be able to book your own telephone or face to face appointment with a doctor or nurse. What's more, because Patient Access/NHS App is a 24 hour online service you can do this in your own time, day or night.
Registration is easy, please ask at Reception for a registration form. This provides all the information you need to register to use Patient Access/NHS App. For more information please visit www.Patient.co.uk/access

Some appointments can’t be made online as they require a double appointment – a list of these is available at reception.

Please read before Booking Telephone Appointments Online:

Online appointments are for a one 5 minute TELEPHONE consultation with the doctor only and NOT for face-to-face appointments. The telephone appointment time is approximate - you will be phoned as near to the time as possible.

Please note: Before you are able to use this service you must first have access to your personal registration information.

Parents with Parental Responsibility can have on line access to their children's notes up to the age of 11yrs.  On your child's 11th Birthday the practice will ask for written consent from your child if they wish for you to continue to have access to view their medical records.
